About Dr. Prashanthi Reddy
Dr. E. Prashanthi Reddy is one of Hyderabad's most experienced and compassionate fertility specialists and gynaecologists, with over 19 years of clinical practice in women's health, fertility treatments, obstetrics, and cosmetic gynaecology. She is the Founder & Medical Director of Mother Hospitals & IVF Center, Boduppal — and also leads Prashanthi Hospital, Choutuppal.
After completing her MBBS at Mamatha Medical College, Khammam, and her DGO (Diploma in Gynaecology & Obstetrics) at Gandhi Medical College, Hyderabad, Dr. Prashanthi pursued advanced training in Assisted Reproductive Technology at Kiel University, Germany (2021), and holds a Cosmetic Gynecology Certification (2024). She has personally overseen more than 5,000 IVF cycles and has helped over 10,000 families build their dreams.
Dr. Prashanthi is a strong advocate for accessible, patient-centred fertility care. She pioneered Needleless IVF at Mother Hospitals — a gentler stimulation protocol that reduces discomfort and medication costs without compromising outcomes. She is particularly renowned for managing complex cases including low AMH, PCOS, recurrent pregnancy loss, and male factor infertility.

Dr. Prashanthi's Treatment Philosophy
Personalised Protocols, Not Cookie-Cutter IVF
Every patient who walks into Mother Hospitals receives a tailored stimulation and treatment protocol based on their individual hormonal profile, ovarian reserve (AMH, AFC), age, and history. Dr. Prashanthi firmly believes that a one-size approach to IVF leads to suboptimal outcomes — personalisation is where results improve.
Minimal Stimulation & Needleless IVF
For patients with poor ovarian reserve or needle anxiety, Dr. Prashanthi offers minimal stimulation IVF and Needleless IVF using oral medications (Letrozole, Clomid) combined with low-dose FSH. This approach reduces cost by 30–40% and eliminates OHSS risk, while maintaining good blastocyst quality.
ERA Test & Endometrial Optimisation
For patients who have experienced repeated implantation failure, Dr. Prashanthi incorporates the ERA (Endometrial Receptivity Analysis) test to identify the precise window of implantation, often uncovering a 2–3 hour displacement that standard protocols miss. This has improved outcomes for her recurrent failure patients significantly.
Holistic Care & Emotional Support
Fertility treatment is emotionally demanding. Mother Hospitals provides dedicated counselling sessions, dietary guidance, and peer support groups led by patients who have successfully conceived. Dr. Prashanthi believes that a supported patient is a more resilient patient — and better outcomes follow from emotional wellbeing.

What Patients Say About Dr. Prashanthi
"Dr. Prashanthi was incredibly patient and explained every step of our IVF journey. After two failed cycles elsewhere, she identified a low progesterone issue and modified our protocol. We welcomed our baby boy in 2024. Forever grateful."
"I was told my AMH of 0.4 made IVF nearly impossible. Dr. Prashanthi disagreed. She used a gentle stimulation protocol, retrieved 3 eggs, and one perfect blastocyst gave us our daughter. I will never stop recommending her."
"The needleless IVF option was a lifesaver — I have severe needle phobia and had been avoiding IVF because of it. Doctor ma'am made the entire process pain-free. The team at Secunderabad branch was amazing too."
"After 3 years of failed treatments at other clinics, we came to Mother Hospitals. Dr. Prashanthi recommended an ERA test — turns out my implantation window was displaced by 24 hours. One frozen embryo transfer later, I'm 7 months pregnant. She is extraordinary."
